It's been such a long time...

I totally forgot about Xanga. I got a reminder email today.

An Update on me:

I have been blessed to be working at the same job for about a year and a half now.  God is leading me in a new direction.  I should be getting a new job offer in the next few days.  It would a complete change, but I welcome it.  I need it.  Definitely better pay.  I am excited.  I have a new car, that I enjoy.  Her name is Lola (it's a Corolla, I didn't even know it rhymed until my cousins husband pointed it out).  She is a super car!  I am proud of my Chargers.  They went pretty far this season.  I just hope next year they go even further. 

I went to Florida this past weekend to visit my Grandpa.  He had a major stroke and a minor stroke.  They did some tests and one of the main arteries (or the only one, I don't know how that works) was 75% blocked.  So they kept him in the hospital for a few days and they ordered more tests to be done on Sunday.  We were at church Sunday morning when they were going to run the tests and if it was still 75% then they were going to do surgery.  So we all prayed that God would touch his body.  My brother (who was at the hospital with him) called us and said they did the tests and the blockage went to 50%.  God is amazing.  My grandpa was so afraid of having surgery, he didn't want it at all.  Now he doesn't need it.  We will keep praying that God will heal his body and give him strength.  He sometimes lose dexterity in his hands,  it's sad to see him struggle.    

that's pretty much it for now... I don't know if anyone still reads this site but I felt like updating it...

Ok so I now have a car! Yay! It's an old one but hey it was free. I don't mind I'm not picky  =) As long as it gets me from one place to another, ya know? My brother gave it to me cause he got a new one.


So how is everyone doing? Does anyone ever come on here anymore?

You know what the best thing ever is......When you are in Sunday morning service and you are totally lost in praise and worship and you realize that hey these words I'm singing have so much meaning and then it hits you....every word from every song is so beautiful that all you can do is just sit in the presence of God in awe with tears rolling down your face because you can't believe how many times you've sung that song before and never realized what you were singing.....You finally realize and everything is so different to you now.....Oh I LOVE GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
